Onyx Equities Adds Glen Rock Plaza to Portfolio

GLEN ROCK, NJ, March 28, 2006 – Onyx Equities, LLC has acquired the office property, known as Glen Rock Plaza, at 266 Harristown Road in Glen Rock, NJ.

The highly visible 60,000-square-foot, three-story office building is located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Route 208 North offering excellent exposure for tenants.
