Woodbridge, NJ, December 6, 2006 - Onyx Equities, a growing private equity and real estate investment firm, has announced the addition of Louis LoCascio as director of operations.  Mr. LoCascio will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, construction, and acquisition budgeting for the firm.

Prior to joining Onyx, Mr. LoCascio was Executive Vice President of Property Management for Ivy Realty where he was responsible for tenant relations and property operations. Before his work with Ivy, he was the Regional Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis, as well as Manager of Engineering Services at Rockefeller Center. In addition, for seven years he was the Southeast District Senior Asset Manager for Tishman Speyer Properties. Mr. LoCascio's experience has won him three international BOMA awards in the category for properties over 1 million square feet.

Mr. LoCascio is a graduate of Georgia Tech University where he received an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering and in Environmental Engineering.
