Rockaway, N.J., February 19, 2007 – Onyx Equities, LLC has negotiated four lease transactions, totaling more than 95,000 square feet, at its Rockaway 80 Corporate Center in Rockaway, N.J.
The transactions are as follows:
- Warner Chilcott (US), Inc., an international pharmaceutical company focused on women's healthcare, dermatology and urology, has expanded its space to 57,720 square feet and extended its lease. Jack Fatigati and Jim Garibaldi of The Garibaldi Group represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Hartford Fire Insurance Company, the principal property and casualty insurance subsidiary of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., has renewed its lease for 29,931 square feet. Bob Shulman and Tom Semler of CRESA Partners represented the tenant in the deal.
- Tetra Tech Inc., a worldwide provider of consulting, engineering and technical services, has renewed its 7,648-square-foot lease. Bill McCaffrey of The Trammell Crow Company represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Topo Target, a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company, headquartered in Denmark, that is dedicated to developing improved cancer therapies, has leased 579 square feet of new offices. Douglas Gaffney and Michael Staskiewicz of The Schultz Organization represented the tenant in the deal.

"Since acquiring the property in 2005, we have had a number of tenants relocate to the building who desire a Class-A environment without the commuting hassles associated with the Parsippany and Morristown areas."
Rockaway 80 Corporate Center currently has 66,000 square feet available for lease, which can be subdivided into units as small as 2,700 square feet. The Schultz Organization’s Douglas Gaffney and Michael Staskiewicz are handling the exclusive leasing assignment for the property.
Built in 1990, Rockaway 80 is a 259,500-square-foot Class-A office building located near the interchange of Routes 80 and 15 in Morris County. The property features a recently renovated lower lobby, café, onsite building management, and executive parking garage.
