Philadelphia, PA, June 12, 2007 – Onyx Equities, LLC has acquired the 84,471-square-foot, single-story warehouse/distribution facility at 3501 Island Avenue in Philadelphia, Penn. Previously occupied by the BOC Group, the entire property is currently available for lease.
