Woodbridge, NJ - June 6, 2008 - Onyx Equities, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Castellano as vice president of Property Management.

In this capacity, Mr. Castellano will oversee all aspects of Property Management, which currently are comprised of 16 office/retail properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Onyx, Castellano was Regional Property Manager for Ivy Realty where he managed a portfolio of commercial office and retail buildings in NY, NJ and CT. Before joining Ivy, he was Senior Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial/Troast Realty overseeing the Cendant portfolio where he was awarded the 2004 BOMA NJ Office Building of the year. Castellano also worked as the Director of Facilities for Spectrum for Living, a non-profit organization, where he managed 18 nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout Bergen, Morris and Passaic counties.
