November 17, 2009 - The Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis has arranged a 13,189 square foot lease for Nathan's Famous, Inc. at One Jericho Plaza in Jericho, NY. Vincent LaManna of CBRE and Jeffrey Lichtenberg of Fountainhead Enterprises represented Nathan's in the 10 year lease transaction. Adam E. Rochlin of The Rochlin Organization acted on behalf of the ownership, One-Two Jericho Plaza Owner, LLC, a subsidiary of Onyx Equities, LLC.

The famed brand, recognized throughout the world, will relocate its corporate headquarters from Westbury, NY to the 650,000 square foot, two building complex located at One Jericho Plaza. Situated on 52 lush acres, the Class A suburban office facility features amenities such as reserved executive parking spaces, full health club facilities, two full service cafes, on-site attentive property management, with an excellent window ratio. Located immediately off of the Long Island Expressway from exits 40 and 41, One Jericho Plaza's current tenants include such prestigious companies as Morgan Stanley, Bank of New York Mellon, IBM, Georgia Pacific, State Bank of Long Island, Deloitte and Travelers.

According to LaManna, "The timing of Nathan's lease expiration provided them the opportunity to significantly trade up their headquarters location to one of the premier office complexes on Long Island at a rate they would not have been able to otherwise achieve."
