HERB BRIEN JOINS ONYX EQUITIES AS PROPERTY MANAGER IN WOODBRIDGE, N.J.

- Industry Veteran To Play Vital Role in the Firm’s Day-to-Day Management -

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. (June 27, 2011) - Onyx Equities, LLC, a leading private real estate investment, development and management firm, today announced the firm has recently hired industry veteran Herb Brien to serve as property manager.

Most recently, Brien served as a general manager at I&S Investment Company, where he was responsible for the daily operations of the residential real estate company consisting of over 1,100 rental units in 30 apartment buildings. As president and owner of Lismarc Management Corporation, he managed apartment buildings totaling over 4,000 units, shopping centers and office buildings throughout the state of New Jersey. He also served as a consultant on the revitalization of View on the Park, an East Orange apartment building. A resident of Livingston, N.J., Brien is past president and member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Apartment Association.
