Adam E. Rochlin has been named Vice President, Asset Management of Onyx Equities, LLC. Mr. Rochlin's overall responsibilities include the oversight and asset management of key assets across Long Island, Connecticut, and Westchester.
Mr. Rochlin is an accomplished and dynamic real estate professional with over 20-years of real estate experience. Immediately prior to joining Onyx Equities, Mr. Rochlin was an executive vice president of GHP Office Realty, where he oversaw the marketing and leasing of over 5 million square feet throughout Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. Additionally, Mr. Rochlin was involved in numerous key acquisitions for the company. Mr. Rochlin's experience comes from an 18-year career with Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis, and before that, the management company KOLL. Focused predominately as a Landlord's agent, Mr. Rochlin been directly involved with many of Long Island’s key, class "A" buildings.
Mr. Rochlin attended the State University of New York with a major in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics. Mr. Rochlin is a Long Island Board Member of the March of Dimes, and founding member of The March of Dimes Real Estate Awards Dinner, an event that raises significant funds to help with the March of Dimes mission of "saving babies". Mr. Rochlin was named one of Long Island’s "Power Brokers" by the CoStar Group, was one of Cushman & Wakefield's "Team Ball" recipients, and was more recently recognized within the “Deal of the Year” team by the Commercial Industrial Broker’s Society's recognition of We’Re Associates' Henry Schein redevelopment transaction. Mr. Rochlin resides on Long Island, in Melville, with his wife and three children.
