Tom Castellano is Vice President of Property Management for Onyx Equities, LLC. Mr. Castellano oversees all aspects of Property Management which currently is comprised of 35 office/retail properties.
Tom has over 20 yearsof experience in the industry. Previously Tom was Regional Property Manager for Ivy Realty where he managed a portfolio of 17 class A & B commercial office and retail buildings in NY, NJ and CT totaling over 3.7 million square feet.
Before joining Ivy he was Senior Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial/Troast Realty overseeing the Cendant portfolio where he was awarded the 2004 BOMA NJ Office Building of the year.
Prior to Troast Tom was Director of Facilities for Spectrum for Living a non profit organization where he managed 18 nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout Bergen, Morris and Passaic counties.
