Harvey Schultz is a Principal of Onyx Equities, LLC and is also co-founder of The Schultz Organization and one of the most accomplished real estate professionals in the industry. Harvey brings to the firm over 40 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate as a broker, developer, marketing executive and property manager. His experience encompasses all aspects of the commercial real estate business including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, management and leasing for retail, office and industrial properties.
Prior to the formation of The Schultz Organization, Harvey was a partner at one of New Jersey’s leading development companies, where he was responsible for developing in excess of 6 million square feet of commercial real estate on a local, regional and national level including retail and office/industrial projects. Throughout his career, Harvey has represented the interests of such leading companies as Meridian Healthcare, Prudential Insurance, HealthSouth Corp., IBM, Engelhard Corporation, Stop & Shop, A&P, Foodtown, ShopRite and W.R. Grace.
Harvey is a member of NAIOP, BOMA and ICSC. He sits on the Advisory Board of Sovereign Bank and the Board of Directors of Jersey Shore Medical Center Foundation. In addition, Harvey is actively involved in numerous charitable organizations including The American Cancer Society, Jersey Shore Medical Center and The United Jewish Appeal. In June 2003 Harvey and Jonathan Schultz, as a father-son team, were honored as recipients of the Humanitarian Award by Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
