Jonathan B. Davis is Vice President of Investments of Onyx Equities, LLC ("Onyx Equities").  Since joining Onyx in 2004, Jonathan has been involved in analyzing Onyx's direct real estate investments in all types of properties.

Prior to joining Onyx Equities, LLC, Jonathan was an analyst at Merchant Equity Group, where he was involved in the acquisition of over 400,000 square feet of office and retail properties.  Previously, he worked as a tenant representative at Julien J. Studley, Inc. and worked as consultant in the Alternative Investment Product group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Jonathan received a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investments from NYU.
