Jonathan B. Schultz is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Onyx Equities, LLC, a private real estate investment company. Since its inception in 2005, Onyx Equities has purchased over $600 million of office, retail and industrial properties throughout the tristate area. Jonathan’s achievements throughout his professional career include over $1.5 billion in leasing and investment transactions involving millions of square feet of commercial space.
Jonathan is also the Co-Founder, President and CEO of The Schultz Organization, LLC, founded in 1990. The Schultz Organization provides real estate advisory services to institutions and private owners and tenants. The Schultz Organization also has provided third party services, including the leasing and/or management of over 220 buildings.
Jonathan is also a Principal in Pyramid Property Partners, LLC, a real estate development company.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Jonathan has earned a degree in Finance and Economics and holds five CCIM designations. He is a member of NAIOP, BOMA, YPO, ICSC and former Co-Chairman of the Operations Committee of the ICSC for New York and New Jersey.
Jonathan is a Founding Board Member of the “Award of Courage” Foundation, raising significant funds for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and in 2003 was honored as recipient of the Humanitarian Award. He is also on the building committee of the Monmouth County SPCA. Jonathan has received the following recognitions: one of “Commercial Real Estate’s Hottest Brokers” and one of “Commercial Brokerage All-Stars” by Real Estate New York. He was twice named one of “New Jersey’s Most Successful Business Executives Under 40” by Business News New Jersey, one of the country’s “Hottest Real Estate
