Louis LoCascio is Director of Operations for Onyx Equities, LLC overseeing construction/operations and assisting in acquisitions.
Previously, Louis was Executive Vice President of Property Management for Ivy Realty and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations and tenant relations. Prior to joining Ivy Realty, he was Regional Real Estate Manager for CB
Richard Ellis, as well as Manager of Engineering Services at Rockefeller Center. In addition, for seven years he was the Southeast District Asset Manager for Tishman Speyer Properties. He was also Senior Real Estate Manager for HRO International where he was responsible for all newly constructed buildings in New York City. Louis’ experience has awarded him three international BOMA awards in the category for properties over 1 million square feet.
Louis attended Georgia Tech University where he received an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
