Michael K. Nevins is Vice President, Asset Management of Onyx Equities, LLC. Prior to joining Onyx, Michael was a Vice President of leasing at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where he led a team responsible for the overall leasing of an 8.7 million square foot portfolio of Class A Office and flex buildings located throughout New Jersey, Washington, DC and Maryland. During his tenure with Mack-Cali, which spanned more than a decade, he completed numerous lease transactions with firms including KPMG, the US Government, MetLife, Viacom, Inc., UBS, Morgan Stanley, AIG, D&B, Pfizer, Prudential and Allstate Insurance.
Prior to his leasing responsibilities, Michael was a property manager with Cali Associates, where he was responsible for the management of more than 600,000 square feet of office space throughout New Jersey. Before joining Cali Associates, he served as a loan portfolio analyst for Chase Manhattan Bank. In this post he handled administration of real estate financing arrangements.
Michael graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
